Leadership Training Conferences (3 days)
Given that the area currently served by ICIC is more than 5200 square miles, services have been divided into three areas led by regional leaders.
Twice a year the regional leadership teams gather with the Executive Leadership Council for strategic planning, training, worship, fellowship and celebration.
